George W. Spink built the Spink Apartments, located at 1433 North Pennsylvania, in 1926.  The building’s unique character and design is readily visible in its attractive façade which is adorned in stucco and brick.  In 1986, the property was completely renovated and all of the modern conveniences were added to the updated floorplans.  The apartments still maintain the charm and character of its classic design and offers expansive views of downtown through its original bay windows.
